Pamela Haulani Medeiros, (R), RB-16254
I was raised in Kailua and graduated from Kailua High School and the University of Hawaii, Manoa, where I earned my B.S., MSW and MBA degrees. My past employment has included professional positions for the State of Hawaii, Kamehameha Schools and the U.S. Navy. My husband, Frank Streed, is originally from Minnesota, but has lived in Hawaii since 1969. He is an urban planner who worked for the State of Hawaii and the Honolulu City Council for 30+ years. Early in our professional lives we purchased our home in Kailua. Our ties to the community are broad and deep, and we love living in Kailua.
I have held a real estate license in Hawaii since 1983. My first real estate transaction was the purchase of our own home. Since that time I have worked with first time buyers, move up buyers and investors in securing successful transactions.
One of my primary real estate interests is assisting seniors in creating a housing plan that supports their present and future needs as life circumstances change. A real estate sale or purchase is often just one part of such a plan.
My promise to clients is to provide exceptional and professional service during every step of your real estate transaction.
