Ward and Beth absolutely love the windward side of the island. They have lived here for over 40 years, and have raised three beautiful daughters. Ward has been helping clients with their real estate needs for more than 20 years and Beth recently retired from her career in banking to join Ward in real estate. Ward was raised in Kailua; he grew up building homes with his father, who was a General Contractor. He spent many summers learning all about the construction business. His first career was in sales. He worked for an insurance firm for over 19 years as a Sales Person, Regional Manager and Sales Trainer. He then went on to open his own brokerage firm where he sold insurance and securities. In 1989, he got his real estate license, truly enjoyed the business, and is currently ranked in the top 5% of all Realtors in the State of Hawaii. Majority of his business comes through referrals from previous clients. Ward likes all kinds of extreme ocean sports; he has coached soccer and baseball for many years and enjoys spending time with the family camping, boating and fishing. Beth was born in California, and moved to Hawaii with her family when she was just 4 years old. Her father worked for a large marketing firm and her mother worked in Human Resources. Beth enjoys business and studied computer programming and operations in college. Shortly after graduating she joined Bank of Hawaii. She has enjoyed a 25 year career, the last 10 of which she was in Branch Management, overseeing sales and operations. Although she has retired, she still likes reading and staying current with the economic trends. Beth enjoys raising their daughters as well as mentoring other young adults. She is on the Advisory Board of the Windward Boys and Girls Club and is very involved with the schools in the community. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, getting together with friends and long walks on the beach. As a team, they offer professionalism and understand the importance of quality service. With over fifty years of business experience, they can assist all types of clients, investors, first time home buyers or experienced sellers. They make a great team, Ward brings his sales background, real estate experience, and construction knowledge and Beth brings her financial background, marketing and staging techniques, and administrative abilities. They both stay abreast of neighborhood and community activity, as well as state and federal initiatives. They have passion for life and really enjoy working together.
