David Kanoa Shipley spent the greater part of his life devoted to the sport of surfing and representing Hawaii as head judge on the ASP/WSL World tour for over 20 years. Born and raised on Oahu, Dave grew up in a surfing family, his father is the co-founder of Lightning Bolt Surfboards. Davey’s love for these Islands runs deep. He is thrilled to be an agent with HomeQuest to be of service to those who want to create their dream here in Hawaii.
