I’ve been a full time agent since 1980, I qualified for my Broker’s license in 1990 and I have a Certified Residential Specialist designation, I’m a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute and have my ePro designation. I’ve been with HomeQuest, Realtors since 1993. In January of 2010 my partner, Andrea Kia, and I took over as the new owners.
Our office is in Kailua and I specialize in residential sales and marketing on Oahu. To give you a little bit of background on myself I’m from an old kama’aina family and I grew up in Kailua. I’m a graduate of Kailua High School and from there I went on to attend the University of Hawaii. I still live on the windward side with my family. My husband, Howard, provides audio services and has his own company, Howie Sounds. Our son, Forrest, graduated from Maryknoll High School and Hawaii Pacific University. He completed his masters program at Chaminade University and works for Queen’s Medical Center. I’m also the proud Grandma of three lovely little girls, Milika’a, Maluhia and Iwalani. I’ve worked hard to maintain my standing as a top professional in my field. I was privileged to be honored as a Realtor of the Month by the Honolulu Board of Realtors. The Honolulu Board is the fifth largest board in the nation. This award is given in recognition of the quality of an agent’s service to their clients.
I’ve also served on several committees for the Board and chaired both the Board’s Windward Regional Group and Equal Opportunity Committee. I’ve always enjoyed real estate because unlike many sale fields I’m not limited to selling just my product. I can give my buyers access to every home that’s available to find them the property that’s right for them and I can market my seller’s properties to all potential buyers.
